Sliding adsorption block

Using German  Schmalz adsorption block, it is more convenient to process the left and right sides of the material. And it can finish the carving and cutting of plane materials efficiently.

Wood/MDF/metal/PVC/plastic all common materials can be cut and engraved. 7.5KW/9KW/12KW are available.International standard ISO and F63 also no problem. 

Servo motor is standard configuration

Automatic lubrication system

Vacuum plenum table surface is multi-zoned which allows the operator to easily switch from full sheet processing to smaller part processing (which requires a smaller segmented area). Zones can be turned off easily via control valves on the front of the machine. Gasketing can also be routed to accommodate various material sizes and styles.

Tool calibration makes processing accuracy higher

Automatic tool calibration pad is designed for easy and accurate recording of tool length off-sets.

Smart control system

LNC control system based on computer operation mode more intuitive and simple. Manual Pulse Generator (MPG)
The MPG allows the operator to move around the machine, making for easy setup.
