Electric oscillating knife

Electric oscillating knife cuts through material according to the theory of ultra-frequency oscillation. It is equipped with multiple amplitude knifes for different materials, which ensures high speed, efficiency and quality. The blade is also adjustable like 45°，26°，14°for different material thickness.

CNC router machine spindle

It can be used as a carving machine to process wood, acrylic, PVC, etc. One machine for many purposes. 3/4.5/6KW are avaliable.

CCD camera automatic positioning system

Feature image positioning；Operation panel with multiple signals and sizes is optional。Ethernet data transmission with data security verification, while high-speed data communication, ensure the correctness of the data.

Auxiliary loading system

Make it easier to place large-size plates on the machine. More convenient for workers and improve work efficiency.

Vacuum table makes makes materials more secure

Vacuum plenum table surface is multi-zoned which allows the operator to easily switch from full sheet processing to smaller part processing (which requires a smaller segmented area). Zones can be turned off easily via control valves on the front of the machine. Gasketing can also be routed to accommodate various material sizes and styles.

X,Y,Z Dust-proof design

All axis have dust cover, control cabinet built-in, greatly saving the floor area.
