The compact frame construction and the placement of the gravity centers makes it suitable for high speed tracks. The hood and the stainless steel grid along with the closed Z stand protects the equipment from steam, smoke, trimmings, dust and other sources of contamination minimizing the necessity of maintenance.
The accurate and vibration-free positioning is enabled by the linear guiding axis and the unique precision rod made of a special alloy in case of the XY axis.
In Direction Z it is moved by a precision ballscrew with a track of 250mm that can be enhanced to 1000mm if necessary. Due to its rigidness it is suitable for milling and can be equipped with axis 4, 5 and 6, as well.

The coordinate track has a 2000x3000 mm working space and compared to its weight of 500 kg it is has an incredibly high capacity: 5 tons. It is capable of bearing several G acceleration making it the perfect solution for extreme idle speeds minimizing the production downtime.
The extremely light but solid bridge construction comes in a sunken placement equipped with an integrated direct driving unit. The longitudinal track construction is made of the same special alloy as the bridge and can be equipped with further linear elements and stands. It is suitable for the mounting of an additional upper hood or a light frame structure working table.
Digital measuring rods ensure the closed-loop feedback towards the driving electronics in the system which guarantees the constant precision even at large-scale production .

The unique GEOSET leveling system developed especially for equipment ensures a track precision of +-0.05 mm and a real movement and initial position finding of 20 microns on the whole work surface.
